Be an HRC Seattle Dinner Volunteer

Consider playing a part in creating a powerful evening to move equality forward. Volunteers plan and guarantee the success of our gala – and we need YOU to make it a success! We are currently looking for volunteers who would love to help us gather and organize auction items, contribute to guest development, or lend their smile and people skills on the day of the event.  Please email or fill out this Volunteer Sign Up Form.

Many shifts are available just prior to the gala and the day of:

  • Prior to the Dinner- Pick up auction items, prep item descriptions, whatever else before September 9th!
  • Morning of the Dinner – Auction room set-up (9am-2pm)
  • Afternoon of Dinner – Auction room set-up, Miscellaneous needs (11am-4pm)
  • Evening of the Dinner – Check-in, Auction Management, Ballroom (3:30-Midnight)
  • Or do it all!
